During this term he led the largest western owned agribusiness project in Georgia. Konstantine also was at a Georgian hazelnut processing firm between 2002 and 2006 where he oversaw the company’s exports. Recently, he has consulted for a major international corporation in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire, providing practical solutions to increase agricultural productivity. Konstantine has studied agricultural supply chain management in Wageningen, in the Netherlands.
Romeo Japava, Director for Operations Romeo is responsible for orchard and packhouse operations, logistics, procurement and field workers. Call him on mobile at +995 577 76 67 00. Prior to Nergeta, during 2007-2008, he worked in Ferrero’s hazelnut development project as logistics manager where he was responsible for buying supplies and contracting various services with multiple suppliers. Previous to Ferrero’s hazelnut project, he was a warehouse manager at a wine trading company in Moscow between 2002 and 2005.
